WOW! The government is on our asses about sick time. Here at CECC we have had several day's where the joint has been on lock-down due to the fact that we have had NO MANAGERS. In a institution that has 6 managers on duty during the weekend only had 3 and one of them was only staying to 1300 hours. But don't worry the next day was a lot better we had 4 but yet again a manager was leaving early (this time @ 1400). I would like to know what the employer would sayif we could only staff the institution at 50% with C/O's. I think they would loose their minds but it perfectly ok for these dip shits to do it.
